Our GRUNT PROOF™ Guarantee

We know your life may depend on our gear, because of this you need it to handle everything you throw at it, that’s why we stand behind the quality of every product that leaves our workshop, so when you buy a product marked with our GRUNT PROOF™ Guarantee and if it fails within 2 Years of purchase due to a defect, regardless of what caused it, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. That’s our GRUNT PROOF™ Guarantee.

GRUNT PROOF™ Guarantee (hereafter, “the Guarantee”) of Sabre Tactical™ products (hereafter, “Product/s”):

1. Any product purchased with this logo is covered by our GRUNT PROOF™ Guarantee, that means if the product fails, within 730 days of its purchase date, Sabre Tactical™ will repair or replace the item free of charge.

2. A Product ‘fail’ includes:
any degradation or deterioration of the Product, which is attributable to a defect; and 2. complete or partial unserviceability of the Product, which is attributable to a defect. 

3. A ‘defect’ includes: a manufacturing defect; component, fabric, and/or textile defects; and for purpose-built Products only, a flaw in the product design. Note Zips are not covered under this Guarantee unless they were defective when delivered.

4. Sabre Tactical™ accepts that its Products will be subject to intensive use; however, the Guarantee may not include:
damage to products caused by usage it was not designed for; or damage to products caused by eventualities not reasonably foreseeable by Sabre Tactical™.

5. The decision to provide a refund, repair or replace the Product will be made on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of Sabre Tactical™.

6. Sabre Tactical™ will not cover the cost of the delivery of the repaired or replaced Product. See our Returns Policy

7. The Guarantee applies to personal, non-official purchases. It does not apply to publicly funded purchases or purchases by corporate/business entities.

8. Proof of purchase may be required and the Guarantee applies only to the original owner.
