Shipping policy

Below describes our shipping Details, we currently do not sell online outside of New Zealand, but if you are an international customer please contact us at sales@sabretactical.co.nz outlining the products you wish to purchase and a delivery address so we can quote shipping accurately (see International Orders below)

IMPORTANT: We recommend that you inspect the received products upon receipt, and before removing any attached tags and labels and before disposing of any original packaging.  If you experience a problem with your order or damage has occurred to the products inside, please contact us at support@sabretactical.co.nz and we will do our best to resolve any issue.

The Process & Estimated Delivery Times
We will endeavour to keep you up to date with the progress of your order but as a guide, we dispatch your order from our warehouse in Hamilton New Zealand within 3 working days but this usually happens much faster. If there are going to be any delays beyond this time, we will notify you by email.

Your order will then be shipped using one of our chosen couriers,

  • New Zealand: New Zealand Couriers & NZ Post
  • Australia: New Zealand Post International Courier
  • Elsewhere: New Zealand Post International Courier, DHL or FedEx

Delivery time will vary but as a guide

  • New Zealand:1 to 4 working days. (please allow longer for rural delivery).
  • Australia:2 to 6 working days.
  • Other:4 to 10 working days.

Domestic Customers (New Zealand)

If you are not at the address when your parcel is delivered, you will be left a new 'Redelivery Card' with multiple options by New Zealand Couriers

Non-shipping days and delays

  • During sale periods order volume increases significantly so there may be delays in shipping your orders.
  • During public holidays courier services are not available and we will not be able to dispatch your order until the next working day:

Out of stock items

If an item you have ordered isn't available because of system errors you will be advised via email about what options you have available. You will not be charged for any item we cannot send you. Such an email can end up in your spam/junk box so do keep an eye out after you place an order.

Incorrect Delivery Address

We will re-deliver, replace or refund the product (at our option) if we have incorrectly addressed the delivery. We take no such responsibility if you gave an incorrect or insufficient address.  Please check the shipping details you provided are accurate when you received your order confirmation email.

International Orders

If you order from outside of New Zealand your order is an international order.

Important: When your order goes to a country other than New Zealand you will probably be charged duties and taxes that are beyond our control, these are your responsibility.

The process is the same as for New Zealand orders, except New Zealand Sales Tax (GST) will be exempt from all products being shipped outside of New Zealand

Due to postal regulations in New Zealand, and for parcel insurance rules, we must declare the parcel that is your order at its true and correct value.
